Every december we make Christmas cookies, but I must admit that I've always bought the pastry in the grocer's and we "only" cut it with our cutters, and then we decorated. BUT, this year we have made our own pastry!! Not too much difficult, but much more time in the kitchen.
I will continue to do this, it's definitely better than the one bought.
Cada diciembre hacemos las galletas de Navidad, pero si os soy sincera, hasta la fecha lo que hacía era comprar la masa hecha en el super y lo "unico" que hacíamos era cortar, hornear y decorar. Pero éste año, me dije que tenía que hacer la masa yo! Y eso hicimos, no es difícil
pero si que lleva mucho más tiempo en la cocina. Y después de haberlas probado, vale la pena!!
